in order to solve this problem, the new version of WordPress User Document was supported for addon, so you need to buy a new version and it’s addon.

It would also be nice to be able to configure what is shown on the upload screen, we don’t use license, type, age, level and these clutter up the screen.
It would also be nice to have default settings for things like email attach, visibility, edit by, turn off comments so that these don’t have to be set for every document if they are always the same.

Currently we cant search documents using the wud search on ‘tags’ ….. how can we make the search work on that as well ?

Currently, there is no the option to disbale image requirement. It use to show thumbnail of image on list documents. You can config to only show image or review document in backend
